IAS Technical Capabilities
The backbone of the analytical services at IAS consists of Applied Biosystems/MDS SCIEX mass spectrometry platforms. These state-of-the-art systems provide the power and flexibility required to meet the client's discovery and research needs.
- For high sensitivity quantitation we use API triple-quadropole mass spectrometers.
- For high resolution and high accuracy we use the Q-STAR hybrid quadrupole-TOF mass spectrometer.
Shimadzu VP HPLC systems are used as front-ends to our mass spectrometers and for stand-alone liquid chromatography applications. Our HPLC systems are equipped with micro-plate autosamplers to meet the demand for high-throughput sample analysis.
