Experience and Expertise The scientific staff at IAS has a rich history of performing LC/MS/MS bioanalysis and quantitation of small molecule and peptide compounds in plasma, serum, whole blood and a variety of tissue matrices. Our experience with thousands of compounds provides an informed starting point for creating solutions to analyzing complex drug molecules. We frequently analyze biological samples for related metabolites and prodrugs of primary analytes. The bioanalytical team at IAS also has significant experience in analyzeing cassette dosed samples.
Bioanalytical Quantitation Calibration Standards and Quality Control Samples: Our LC/MS/MS bioanalytical assays include eight-point standard curves run at the beginning and end of the assay and QC samples placed after every 15-20 study samples. Sample Preparation Procedures: Bioanalytical quantitation is facilitated through organic protein precipitation, liquid-liquid and solid phase extraction techniques. Assay Performance: In addition to the plasma concentration data each bioanalytical data report includes a summary of the accuracy, precision, linearity, carryover and limits of quantitation for the assay.
